Venue and timing
What is included in the hire?
All spaces across three floors, including the terrace, standard equipment, cleaning and support from an on-site event manager. The residence is closed to other visitors.
How long can I hire the residence for?
You can book for 6, 12 or 18 hours. The minimum hire period is 6 hours.
How are setup and dismantling time counted?
Preparation, setup and dismantling must take place within the paid hire period.
Can I hold an evening or overnight event?
Yes. Event times are agreed when you book.
Equipment and support
What equipment is included?
A screen or projector in the conference halls, a computer, presentation clicker, mixer and microphones. The equipment list is confirmed when we prepare your proposal.
Catering and activities
How is catering arranged?
You can choose an approved caterer or bring your own. A service fee of RUB 70,000 applies to external catering.
Is there a corkage fee?
No. There is no corkage fee.
Can you help with the event programme?
Yes. We can suggest individual activities or a complete event programme.
Booking and terms
How is the price calculated?
We prepare an individual quote based on the date, duration and requirements of your event.
How do I secure a date and pay?
Your date is secured after full advance payment. We operate without VAT. A refundable security deposit is required.
Do you offer partner terms?
Yes. We offer a 10% agency commission.
